Allana played with Australia at Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries forced her to miss several seasons before switching back to Rugby League. Allana played with distinction for New South Wales in her debut Women's Rugby League game against Queensland, which she played in 2015. Allana has also added radio into her arsenal, regularly appearing on the top-rating Continuous Call Team on 2GB. Allana, who is not only a sporty person as well as a teacher who has a a degree in education and has a vast experience outside sport. Allana Ferguson has the unique privilege of representing Australia in three sports that include rugby sevens (rugby league) along with touch, and also rugby union.
