Allana played with Australia at Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries forced her to miss several seasons before switching back to Rugby League. Allana played with distinction for New South Wales in her debut Women's Rugby League game against Queensland, which she played in 2015. Allana has also added radio into her arsenal, regularly appearing on the top-rating Continuous Call Team on 2GB. Allana, who is not only a sporty person as well as a teacher who has a a degree in education and has a vast experience outside sport. Allana Ferguson has the unique privilege of representing Australia in three sports that include rugby sevens (rugby league) along with touch, and also rugby union. Allana Ferguson, the Jillaroos' most popular rugby player has to call time on her league career due to tearing her ACL four times. Ferguson aged 25 already, had tears to the same ligaments when she was 15, 17 and 20, and a 4th tear meant she was over. Ferguson, JILLAROOS's playmaker was forced to quit early because of a fourth injury to the left ACL. Ferguson confirmed to The Courier Mail that she was injured during training during November.
